God is nearer than our most secret thought

"Behold, children are a gift from the LORD, the fruit of the womb is a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of one's youth. How blessed is the woman whose quiver is full of them!" Psalm 127:3-5

The greatest tribute to my son, Johnny, is not my sorrow, that he has gone on before me to heaven, but my gratitude for his continued blessings - through so many new friends!

I believe, with all my heart, that God sent Johnny to enrich the lives of so many people and continues to enrich their lives and mine, even into today!

Heaven is a place of hope and of light!

When I look out on the starry night, I envision what heaven will be like and how Johnny is experiencing it - laughing on Glories side, skate-boarding like he's never skated here and filled with so much more joy! For me, it is comforting to know, he is safe in God's loving arms of compassion and mercy.

Take my hand and as we travel this earthly journey of grief - we will move resolutely to the destination God has plotted for each of us HEAVEN!

"Do not call to mind the former things, or ponder things of the past - Behold, I will do something new, now it springs forth; will you not be aware of it? I will make a way in the wilderness, rivers in the desert!"

Isaiah 43:18-19
