Here are some ‘Perspective’ questions that Charles Spurgeon
asked me early this morning!

Have you had no choice favors?
Have you had no deliverances?

Have you passed through no rivers, supported by the divine presence?

Have you walked through no fires unharmed?

Have you had no manifestations?

Have you never been made to lie down in green pastures?

Have you never been led by the still waters?

Has the God who gave Solomon the desire of his heart,

never listened to you or answered a single request?

That God of lavish bounty of whom David sang,
"Who satisfies our mouth with good things," has He never satiated you with fatness?

Hmmmm, O.K. maybe the ‘situation’ I am in today may not be so bad afterall!

Philippians 4:8 says,

So then, fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely,
and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise!

Joshua 1:9 says,

So then, be strong and courageous!

Do not be afraid or discouraged.

For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go!
